Printed Ephemera

After reading rave reviews by some favorite bloggers, I added John Lewis’ Printed Ephemera to my Christmas list, and I’m happy to report that my husband found a used copy for me. It is eye candy: full of visual inspiration. I find myself picking it up again and again just for a “quick look”, and end up poring over it, studying the use of colors and typefaces. I photographed a few of my favorite pages to entice you ….

Note: used copies are available at amazon.com – as of this writing the cheapest option was around $170, but we paid far less than that.

This looks gorgeous! I just searched for it on abebooks.com and there are a number of affordable options there. Thought I’d pass that along in case some of your readers are as eager as me to own a copy.
