Happy Spring! We’ve had a spate of warm days, so much so that  I have decreed 2010 the year of the magnolia. No snow, no frost, no driving rain or windstorm to ruin the show. May I add that the blossoms smell heavenly? Such a treat. As far as I’m concerned this can go on indefinitely …

As for the weekend, there is no soccer (can you believe it?) but I’m hoping to make it over to the Chicago Botanic Garden’s Antiques & Garden Fair to take in the beauty and inspiration, and if all else fails, I can always make a dent in this. Hope your weekend is lovely and I’ll see you back here on Monday.
