royal boch coffee bowl
It seems that London is the epicenter (for me) of all things design these days. Ben Pentreath was recently featured in World of Interiors for his careful and beautiful work reproducing historic mouldings. I had no idea when I googled him (to learn more about the mouldings) that I’d discover an amazing online shop. It seems curated just for me, full of beautiful accessories for the home. I’ve selected a few of my favorites to showcase here: the coffee bowl pictured above is so simple and perfect that I’m thinking it might fill the void left when my favorite “Utility” was discontinued. But honestly, I’m just scratching the surface. Please click over to the Ben Pentreath website to see it all. And don’t miss his blog, Inspiration, either. You can catch a glimpse of the Rugby Street shop as well as plenty of swoon worthy houses. I think I’ve found a most magnificent obsession. And I must get to London, soon. If you’re there now (lucky!), head on over to the shop’s current exhibit, “The Cabinet of Curiosities”. And report back, please.
