Vancouver restaurant Hawksworth opened in June 2011 on the street level of the Rosewood Hotel Georgia. We stayed at the Hotel Georgia during our August vacation and were able to have lunch at chef David Hawksworth’s newest venture. (Had heard many good things about it and so was so happy to literally stumble across it as we explored the new hotel.) The food was great: my buddy and I will vouch for their excellent burgers, and I was equally wowed with the restaurant’s graphic design. Created by Lightroom, Hawksworth’s stationery and business cards are clean, and yet playfully denote food + dining. Elegant yet approachable. Perfect.
