One of my favorite stops from our Vancouver visit had to be Butter Baked Goods. Ironically, it was also our last stop, as we pulled up to the bakery on our way out of town (en route to Seattle). I’m so glad we made it. The space charming + welcoming, and we were able to stock up on some delicious treats for our drive. It was hard to choose! I’ve been addicted to Butter’s vanilla marshmallows since I first tried them at Joan’s on Third: I bought one package this visit and saved it for yummy hot chocolate in October – now I’m out and wish I had more …. will definitely be checking out Joan’s over Christmas break to restock. If you’re in Vancouver, well, lucky you.
