A happy discovery at this year’s GROW London Contemporary Garden Fair was Petersham Nurseries‘ newly-launched “School of Garden Inspiration”. The gorgeous class brochure highlights the wide variety of class options that will to appeal to garden aesthetes whether they’re resident or tourist. Courses range from the serious (vegetable garden planning and rose-bush pruning) to the seasonal (container planting and flower arranging) to my favorite, a series of foraging walks in which an hour-long walk led by a Petersham chef/horticulturist concludes with a light meal at the Nurseries. Sign me up.
