If you’re a fan of good design, and don’t mind Japanese text as long as there are lots of photos to compensate, you’ll love Tools: Real Stuff for Future Classics. Published by Huzine, and full of utilitarian loveliness, it calls to mind the ill-fated-but-much-admired Tools for Living concept from DWR. I found this book while perusing Vancouver’s Inventory shop (a must see) on vacation, but more stockists can be found here.
I’m happy that J.Crew is now showing at fashion week, because let’s face it: I buy most of my clothes there. Looks like spring will continue to be colorful. See the full presentation at Style.com.
