Beyond Sweet Animals Alphabet: Flora Douville

i just love that little snail!

I’ve been reading artist Flora Douville’s blog ever since Rachel at Black*Eiffel clued me in. I was immediately drawn to her watercolor animals alphabet series, admiring the perfection in color and spareness. Just yesterday, Flora announced that prints are available for purchase at Etsy. You can order any single print for $20, or a set of three for $50. I am waiting for my newly purchased escargot to arrive. It will proudly join the staircase wall art. I can’t wait.

    those are sweet illustrations… poor snail… he doesn’t know he’s about to be eaten… from S for snail to E for escargot… lol… oh they are yummy garlic delights!
