Elegant with a sense of humor is the perfect description for this rehearsal dinner invitation by Santa Barbara studio Lilly & Louise. Designer Leslie Lewis Sigler came up with a playful take on the “rehearsing” of dinner for her own wedding. She wanted the guests to feel formality on the front of the invite with the placesetting instructions, and then get in on the joke with the text on the back. (The invitation assures the guests that the dinner has little to do with rehearsing and everything to do with family, friends, food, and drink.) I love it.
