I’ve had a busy week this week: breakfast in the city on Wednesday; lunch with a dear friend who’s back in town for a visit on Thursday; and catch up on life today. Seems I can only keep one aspect of my life in order at a time, and when I’m more social than usual, well, my online time suffers. It helps me to realize that balance is the key, and that the internet will be just fine if I’m not constantly monitoring it.

As usual, there is baseball, baseball, and a little more baseball this weekend. Must be in honor of Father’s Day. I’m hoping to find a moment or two to dig into the latest Lines & Shapes book, Sundays are for Lovers. My copy arrived yesterday, and it’s just perfect. So glad I ordered: I plan to closely study the Japanese patisserie photos.
