Someday, I’m going to devote a post to how much fun it is to wait on hold with (enter company of your choice)’s customer service, after you hunt down a number through the web site, and then spend the first five minutes of your calling listening to how much easier this would be if you’d just leave them alone and handle (enter your issue here) online.
I guess someday is today.

Even more than waiting on hold, I dislike those automated voice commands that some companies have…it’s creepy! How does “Emily” understand that I’m calling about my billing address?!
