I am quite eager to try Roni-Sue’s Pig Candy (aka chocolate covered bacon). Can’t ignore unusual chocolate with rave reviews.

That looks really, really delicious.
I tried the Vosges Mo’s bacon bar (http://www.vosgeschocolate.com/product/bacon_exotic_candy_bar/bacon_and_chocolate) with much anticipation, but thought it tasted like dog food.
I wasn’t crazy about Vosges’ version (and I’m a huge Vosges fan) but this looks quite tasty.
Chocolate & bacon seems to be all the rage these days…there's a cupcake shop here in Boulder that offers a chocolate/applewood smoked bacon cupcake. I've heard it's delicious but I haven't been brave enough to try it yet!
I’ve actually had it, we stumbled on her shop in LES. I ate all of it rather quickly. It has some drawbacks, it was a little chewy – not crispy, but that was to be expected. The real drawback was the price. I think it was $36 per pound. I really want to try making it myself.
