Magnificence from Prada. The fabrics, the ruffles … Miuccia Prada has a definite vision and I like it. See the complete show at Style.com.

This is one of those weeks where I’m so happy it’s Friday. Headed into a little r&r …. good wine, good food (are you with me?) Not to mention Monday means March and that means winter’s days are numbered.
That said,
On with the Five:
Oh how I love photo #5!
A bit of housekeeping: I’ll be away from the laptop for a couple of days, but rest assured: I watched the live stream of the fall Prada collection + loved it. My hope is to get a couple of fashion posts up before I’m offline, but if not, I’ll address the fashion fabulosity from Milan next week. See you then!

I quite like this LBD from Issa. And the model, looks, well, fierce. See the full show at Style.com.

While we’re talking about shops that need to have a US presence, can we please include Margaret Howell on the short list? I’ve been smitten with the shop for a while, and the fall 2010 collection is glorious. Click over to nymag.com to preview the fall collection.

The French certainly seem to have luxe basics figured out. Case in point: Loft Design By. I think I would go bananas (and broke) at one of their shops. Aren’t the looks above gorgeous? So stylish; seeming effortless. The perfect place to build a wardrobe. (Must get to Paris, but fingers crossed they’ll make it to the US soon.)
