The July issue of British Country Living has me dreaming of a trip to Scotland. I simply must visit MHOR, run by sibling trio Tom, Dick, and Melanie Lewis. Not only does the hotel look delightful, but I’d really like to have a bite at MHOR Bread, their bakery/tearoom. (And how fun it would be to enroll in the bread butter and jam class!) We’re making plans for a quick August getaway, quite likely to Toronto. On the top of my list is a visit to School Bakery & Cafe. A photo visit just isn’t cutting it. Too cute.

Spotted the Tom Dixon pressed glass range in the latest issue of Dwell magazine and was instantly smitten. Lovely yet substantial, with a vintage feel.
