Congratulations to Laura (one of the blogging wonders at the SCOOP) on her new etsy shop, Neapolitan. I think her hand-lettered cards are lovely!

Medieval lipstick

lipstick queen 'medieval' | simple pretty

I found my new favorite lipstick on Saturday. Lipstick Queen’s Medieval looks scary red in the tube (like no-way-could-I-pull-this-off red). On my lips, it makes them look like they’re just naturally rosy. And I love the texture, too: kind of lip balmy + full of moisture. If you’re a no makeup girl, or like to look like you’re not wearing makeup, you need to track this one down. My new routine is Medieval and a bit of Bobbi Brown’s Antigua on the cheeks. Less is absolutely more in late summer.
