With temps in the 60s on Thursday (and forecast for today) I’m hoping to enjoy the taste of spring this weekend. Daylight Savings Time on Sunday will help. (Sunlight at dinnertime? Dare to dream.) I’m loving the early morning light streaming through the windows. It’s invigorating.

Where would I like to be right now? Charleston, SC for the Food + Wine Festival. Springtime is a fabulous time to be in Charleston, with the warm sunshine and flowers in bloom. Saturday night’s sold out “Food + Wine with a View” features four female chefs, including Barbara Lynch of Boston’s No. 9 Park (and B&G Oysters – my favorite – I now have lobster blt on the brain).
