Crisp + clean letterpress gift tags from Red Bird Ink. Simply superb.

Electronic invitations are convenient time savers, but so often you end up sacrificing style for speed. These Linda & Harriett designed invitations for Paperless Post change the equation. They retain the feel of a paper invite and look elegant, too. A definite “inbox” improvement. Click over to Paperless Post to see the limited edition Linda & Harriett collection, which includes holiday cards (product available through January 15, 2011).

books actually shop window for the olympia le-tan exhibition
There’s nothing like the sight of the perfect shop, halfway around the world, to make me want to get on a plane immediately. Books Actually in Singapore is that kind of place. Not only did they host an Olympia Le-Tan exhibition in October (her book bags are to die for), but their label, Birds & Co, produces the most charming, minimalist stationery. Will be bringing an empty suitcase with me when I go. (If virtual travel is what you’re after, don’t miss the Books Actually blog and Flickr stream. The photos here are just scratching the surface. Monocle magazine, Maira Kalman, etc, etc ….)

the twelve tshirt (graphic and simple)
Completely impressed with the work for new brand Twelve. They’ve taken branding and given it a most creative twist: the work is from new and emerging designers and currently, the working theme is “twelve days”. I’m smitten with the resulting line of holiday cards as they’re bright, cheery, and fun. Learn more at the Twelve website, or visit their pop-up shop this week at Whiteleys Shopping Centre in London.

Hand-drawn and hand-printed cards from Moikka Paper. Sold in sets of eight at Etsy, I think they would lend a simple elegance to holiday mailings.
