I ripped this ad for Swedish wallpaper and textile firm Sandberg out of October’s World of Interiors and have been analyzing it to see why I’m so drawn to it. I think it’s the Ferdinand wallpaper, which is utterly stunning, although I think the topiary and the über chic tufted armoire play a part, too. Will be giving it some more thought (which means another hour or so clicking through the Sandberg website.)
Happy Friday! What a spectacular week it’s been for Chicago (especially when you factor in that it’s November). I took advantage of the mild temps and got the planters ready for the holidays. I chose simple pots of curly willow branches this year, as I think they’ll look good once reality (and the brutally cold weather) hits. Fingers crossed that I’m right.
