save the date cuteness
Over the weekend (in between soccer games) I spent some time perusing A Day in May’s website and blog. They consistently turn out such simple + elegant work. (I’ve been a fan forever; I’m sure the thanks goes to Martha Stewart Weddings magazine.) The save the date pictured above is completely charming, and you know how I feel about the Tyler Florence shop. Well, look at the identity work they created for him! I must visit that shop.

Finally, simply the cutest pig notecards. (I may have shared these before but I just cannot get enough of cute pigs.)

Flora and Henri’s fall collection is online, and as usual, it’s perfection! I need to figure out a way to make those grass green shoes grown-up wearable. Perhaps move the strap closer to the toe? So, so sweet.

Did you see this Martin Grant dress in the Saks ad from today’s New York Times? Gorgeous! (And that, in a nutshell, is why I cannot give up the printed newspaper. Well, that and KenKen.)

bon voyage journals
New etsy shop Hooray is full of simple + pretty paper goods. (Kraft paper heaven!) I’ve bookmarked it as I can’t wait to see what else designer Alli Michelle cooks up. Simply delightful minimalist with a twist goods, and yes, there is an adorable blog, too, where you can keep up with all things Hooray.

calligraphed informal
I just love these super-elegant calligraphed notecards by Della Carta. You can get a set of 10 cards with your name printed in black calligraphy (and 10 envelopes with your return address) for $19.95. Simply perfect. Kathryn Podorsky’s penmanship is to die for.
