Thank you, C Magazine, for introducing me to the ever so sweet Cafe Chloe. Located in San Diego, it’s a charming french café that I am now crazy to visit. I think a nice urban tea will do the trick (sandwiches, cakes, cookies and prosecco for me). And how cute is their silhouette/cameoesque logo, by the way?

A few of my early favorites: key letterpress coasters, market kate notecards, and simple thank yous.

Summer is ending much as it started. Cool and rainy, which is mostly fine by me. Today, I think the two-week house painting project will be complete (hooray). If you’re at all curious, I’ll have the big reveal on Flickr as soon as it’s ready. But until then,

I’m completely smitten with this photo from Minnesota photographer John Reed Forsman. Perfectly captures late August in the garden. Please click over to John’s website to see even more of his portfolio. It’s all quite lovely, and I’m ready to have a seat (and a glass of wine?) in this garden.
thanks to tt for the heads up!

I am thinking this cookbook could become my new favorite. Breakfast food is the best food. (How gorgeous is the cover?)
