My birthday isn’t for a couple of weeks yet, but an early present arrived on Wednesday: a “fixins” box from Sketch Ice Cream, courtesy of my husband! I’m going to have to admire it for a few days before I break down and dig into the chocolate and caramel sauces ……

….. it was so sweetly packaged that I took lots and lots of photos. Thanks, honey!
I hope we get to visit Sketch again in February!

Even though I haven’t taken ballet lessons in a very long time, I still think about starting up again every now and then. But what I really would like is to look like a dancer, and this sheer turtleneck is perfect for capturing that look. Hmmmmm wonder where I could get one?
You really should watch the full video, courtesy of the New York Times, online. I loved it, and the accompanying story about Columbia University’s student ballet company.

So many interesting designs to see at the Muji Award site. I wonder if the camelia washing-up liquid is available for purchase? So simple + pleasing. I think Chicago (or Boston) (or San Francisco) needs a Muji store so I can visit.

Spotted this Golden Star White Jasmine Sparkling Tea in today’s NYTimes food section. I’m hoping to try a bottle next month when we’re in California.

It’s official: my new obsession is fish. Elisabeth, I’m just smitten with your new stationery collection. The liners are brilliant, and I’ll patiently wait (well, I’ll try, anyway) for the limited edition goodies + other items. Sooooo pretty.
And 25% off through the end of January!
