look 1, and i am smitten
I love the romantic dichotomy of artfully disheveled gowns. Yohji Yamamoto, in a spring collection heavy in all things khaki/military, delivered some knockout simple elegance, too. See the complete show at Style.com.

Loved Raf Simons’ RTW debut at Christian Dior. I found plenty of minimalist looks to fall for early in the collection – Simons followed with plenty of colorful looks for those of you who are maximalists. See the complete show at Style.com.

look 7: love the handbag shape + the shoes, too

a star lit san francisco
I’m more than a bit obsessed with all things stars and celestial. I choose to blame Thomas O’Brien and his amazing Rand McNally vintage star chart, which has lead to countless Google “star chart” searches. During a recent search, these letterpress prints and cards from San Francisco-based Colpa Press caught my eye. Simple yet elegant, with a tinge of the cerebral. Perfect. You can read more about Colpa Press at their blog, or pick up one of their greeting cards via Anaïse.

Soothing tones + minimal lines from Marco de Vincenzo. Just my style, and I’m drawn to his softer take on the peplum. See the complete collection at Style.com.
