Happy Friday! Thanks for reading along with me this week as I covered the Stationery Show. I had a fantastic time, and I hope that my coverage gave you a taste of what it’s like to be there, minus the tired feet. I’ll be wrapping up my posts from the show today with two more finds from the floor, but will extend the New York theme a bit into next week with a few non-Javits Center items that I think you’ll really like. If you need more more more paper, don’t miss my Flickr Stationery Show set: there are extra photos that didn’t make it to the blog!
On with the Five:
- I Swear I Didn’t Do It!
- And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make
- Beach and sky
- nightlights
- untitled
And now for the moment that five of you are waiting for: the winners of the Paper Monkey Press stationery sets are Betsy, Kerry, Lindsay, Natalie, and Nicole. Congratulations!! I’ve passed along your contact information to Rori at Paper Monkey Press. Enjoy your personalized stationery (and huge thanks to Rori for this giveaway).
See you in a bit as I wrap up stationery week, and then again on Monday. Enjoy your weekend.

Cheerful + colorful birthday cards designed by former animator (don’t you see it?) Brad Woods for California-based Maginating Letterpress + Design.

Portland’s Oblation Papers & Press is the king of understated elegance. I’m wild about the new calendar cards pictured above, especially the tree on the far right. Oh, and the “365 swifts in a chimney”, center. A bit ominous feeling but gorgeous, too.

love their definition card line, too

wedding invite with a hidden message

I (along with everyone else, it seems) was eager to see Rifle Paper Co.‘s debut at the show. Anna Bond has done a knock out job launching her stationery line: it has a definite point of view, her work is immediately recognizable, and well, it’s so cute that I want everything. (And some illustrated calling cards, please.)

dotty birthday card sweetness

an invite just for me. (if i were turning 4!)

Had to stop by Set Editions, as I love an instructive (or just plain helpful) letterpress card that’s also simple + pretty. For instance:
