I’m a big fan of virtual travel (that I hope someday to make actual travel). The latest addition to that list is London’s La Fromagerie. Totally charming. I envision having a nice breakfast at the Tasting Cafe and then perusing the shelves …. or perhaps a wine/cheese tasting. Who else is in? In the meantime, I think I’ll pick up founder Patricia Michelson’s book, The Cheese Room.
