Jennifer Murphy is updating her site today with spring goodies at noon cdt. I flaked out at Valentine’s Day and missed out on some cute cute cuteness, like the pocket bears pictured below, so I’ll be there for sure. And I’ve also added Jenny’s blog, “and other silly things”, to my reader. It’s fun to get a glimpse at her process and inspiration, and even a bit of Twin Cities weather.

This is all I want from the Easter Bunny. The perfect amount of chocolate, beautifully packaged. How do I pull this off, short of moving overseas this instant?
Happy Friday! It’s hard to believe that one week ago, I was looking out at the ocean and basking in the warm sunshine, and now I’m hoping that the forecasted snow doesn’t happen. Such is April in Chicago.
On with the Five:
The photo at the top is a good representation of all the places we went in LA. It was all good – and if you’re in Santa Monica, may I strongly suggest you check out Huckleberry. Go early – it gets busy (we were there at 8am as we were running on Chicago time) but it’s heaven for a fried egg sandwich or my personal favorite, coffee & a donut. I wanted a souvenir tshirt with “coffee & donuts” on the back, but they were sold out. I will be following up on that as it was one of the softest tshirts ever. Yummy.

I’m making my way through the Spring issue of Martha Stewart Weddings. One of my favorite stationery finds is the invitation booklets Jayme (an art director at Weddings) designed. So cute, and they reminded me of an all-time favorite invitation set designed by Zipfly. Have a look:

I am constantly finding the coolest things at Present & Correct. My latest crush is this notebook from Düller. Love the elastic band, and there is a pocket in the back!
