Happy Monday! I hope to be back shortly with a good Henry story for you (or perhaps a story about how I’m totally addicted to 30 Rock now) but this morning kicks off American Education Week and I need to get ready to go visit 5th grade reading. I was doing a little Saturday morning catch up blog reading, when I came across Nole’s post about Float Paperie. (Loved the save the dates she featured!) So of course, I had to do a little web research. Happy news: Float is run by Andrea Tahlier, who co-owned Fuss. Back story: Fuss could be my favoritest paper shop ever, and I was so sad when they closed their shop at Clark & Diversey. (I have their business card + other ephemera stashed somewhere. I’ll have to dig it out this morning.)
Can’t wait to see more from Andrea at Float, so I’ve added her blog to my reader, too. Thanks, Nole!

Decor8 introduced me to cosas minimas this week, and I think Blanca’s calendar is the one I’ll buy (coming soon!) for 2009. Love. It.
The sun was out for a bit on Thursday – a most welcome treat. No soccer this weekend, but we’re having a family dinner again on Sunday. Gotta hang out with Henry some more, you know. Babies grow so fast.

Although the plan is to send out custom holiday cards this year, I know I won’t be able to resist picking up a few single cards from Egg Press. They’re all so cute, choosing will be difficult.
If you live in Portland, OR, Egg Press is having its annual sample sale, today, Friday and Saturday. The ever-popular tees-while-you-wait is just one of the reasons I wish I were there.
