Week Twenty-seven: Bell’Invito Gift Tags

I love the idea of a très luxe gift tag attached to a simply wrapped present or hostess gift. These sized-to-be-noticed tags measure 3.5″ x 4.5″, and are crafted from heavyweight Italian paper. Letterpressed or engraved (varies according to design), from Bell’Invito; they’re perfect for adding a little zing.

Week Twenty-six: Carlo Brito

I can’t help it: it’s only July, but I’m already thinking about calendars for 2012. I blame Carlo Brito because once I stumbled across his brilliantly minimal wall calendar for 2011 (in May), it was all I could think about. (He assures me there will be a 2012 version, which is good to hear as I expect my son will also want one.)

Happy Holiday Weekend! I can’t believe we’re halfway through the year: summer seems to pass by in a flash, while winter, well, it lingers. (I’ll be clicking through these photos again in January for sure.)

Week Twenty-five: Carolyn Suzuki

for you

I was feeling okay about missing the Stationery Show this year, until I came across Colleen Ellse’s photo of artist Carolyn Suzuki‘s booth. Carolyn’s debut card line is terrific: simple, clean + graphic. (The patterned backs are a nifty detail!) I’m glad her online shop is open + ready for shopping: I’ll be stocking up.
